Nose wrinkling

The dog's flews are pulled up slightly, and the skin on the nose appears to be curling; if the mouth is closed, the teeth are not visible.

Hemmed in by a male Malinois and a female Czech Wolf Dog, the female White Swiss Shepherd reacts by wrinkling her nose.

The adult female Golden Retriever grabs a rawhide bone and lies down in the shade. The 4-month-old puppy follows and sits down in front of her. When the puppy shifts a front paw forward, the bitch wrinkles her nose and stares at him. The puppy lowers his head; when the adult turns her head to look at her owner, the puppy looks at the bone and the adult dog once again wrinkles her nose, staring at the puppy and exhibiting a slight agonistic pucker.
