Tail chasing

The dog stares at its tail, grabs it with its teeth and nips or bites it, then chases it, spinning in a circle, with or without vocalizations.

The owners of the female German Shepherd are out of sight. The dog stares toward the exit, backs away, licks her flews and chases her tail. She walks around and looks at the person, stretches her muzzle toward their hands and chases her tail, trying to grab it.
